Norte Joven

During my time as Communications and Marketing Manager at Norte Joven, I led transformative projects that fused strategic vision, creativity, and precision. I took the lead in the organisation’s comprehensive communication plan, streamlining both internal and external messaging to amplify its mission and impact. This role allowed me to cultivate collaborative partnerships with stakeholders, media outlets, and supporters, elevating the organisation’s profile in the non-profit sector.

A highlight of my work included curating and executing a series of purpose-driven events. From ideation to execution, these events not only embodied Norte Joven’s mission but also reinforced its fundraising objectives, inspiring community engagement and mobilising sustainable support.

I also drove innovative marketing strategies to strengthen the organisation’s identity, optimise member retention, and supercharge fundraising efforts. My campaigns capitalised on multi-channel storytelling, incorporating digital content creation, social media engagement, and SEO refinement to enhance visibility and resonance. Notably, my social media strategies led to a follower growth of over 48% on Instagram, increasing the community in just six months. Furthermore, the engagement rate across platforms soared to an impressive 8,78-14,02%, surpassing industry averages and demonstrating the strength of the connection forged between the organisation and its audience. Additionally, the organisation achieved a remarkable milestone on LinkedIn, ranking among the top 7 non-profit organisations for follower growth, underscoring the effectiveness of our targeted strategies in driving meaningful interactions.

In alignment with ESG principles, I contributed to initiatives that underscored sustainability and social responsibility. This included overseeing website optimisation to not only ensure high performance but also to align with accessibility and eco-conscious best practices, furthering the reach of the organisation while minimising its digital footprint.

This experience was an extraordinary intersection of storytelling, purposeful communication, and sustainable strategies—delivering measurable results that advanced Norte Joven’s goals and left a meaningful imprint on the communities we served.
